A return or refund may be requested only in the following cases:
The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product is materially different from what was described on the Auto Axis website.
The wrong product, model, or variant has been delivered.
To qualify for a return:
The customer must notify Auto Axis within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by its invoice and all included accessories.
Products that have been installed, altered, or tampered with will not be accepted for return or refund.
File a request through your Auto Axis account or contact support@autoaxis.pk within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence.
Once verified, our team will issue a Return Authorization with shipping or pickup instructions.
Upon inspection and confirmation by the vendor or Auto Axis, an appropriate refund or replacement will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method, bank transfer, or Auto Axis store credit, as applicable.
Certain categories are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Electrical or electronic parts once opened or installed.
Customized or made-to-order components.
Products damaged due to improper handling or installation.
Clearance or discounted items marked as Final Sale.
These restrictions protect both buyers and sellers by ensuring product authenticity and safety.

Auto Axis ensures sellers adhere to strict listing and quality guidelines, but cannot be held liable for losses beyond the amount paid for the affected order.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from it shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
